Library-provided tax forms

William Jeanes Memorial Library is able to provide a limited number of forms to our patrons upon request. Please visit the library or go to our Tax Form Request Page to request forms.

The Library is able to provide, per patron and while supplies last, one (1) Federal form 1040 with instructions and up to five (5) printed forms from the IRS and/or the PA Department of Revenue. Please visit their websites below for a list of forms:

• AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Online Request: If you would like tax preparation assistance from an AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Counselor, please complete and submit the linked online form
• Temple University Ambler Campus – Virtual Tax Aide with VITA: VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) will provide help via online means; contact them at 215-326-9519 or vita@temple.edu
• CADCOM’s VITA Program in Norristown: For a local resource, please contact CADCOM at the linked page
• United Way My Free Taxes Program: United Way provides a free online tool to help you file your taxes, with assistance directly in the program
• The Campaign for Working Families: The Campaign for Working Families, Inc. (CWF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to helping working families and individuals achieve economic empowerment by providing free tax preparation, resource building and asset development.
• GetYourRefund.org: a non-profit service built by Code for America in a partnership with IRS-certified Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites nationally.”
