As a resident of Pennsylvania, you are automatically entitled to an electronic library card from both Free Library of Philadelphia and the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. Additionally, use your library card with us to access POWER Library’s Libby. While you’d have to live or work in either city to check out physical material, an e-card gives you access to some of their digital resources, including their Overdrive collections!
