As a resident of Pennsylvania, you are automatically entitled to an electronic library card from both Free Library of Philadelphia and the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. Additionally, use your library card with us to access POWER Library’s Libby. While you’d have to live or work in either city to check out physical material, an e-card gives you access to some of their digital resources, including their Overdrive collections! CloudLibrary

POWER Library now offers patrons access to CloudLibrary! CloudLibrary features nearly 750 audiobooks across a wide variety of genres and interests, including classics, thrillers, biographies, romance, fantasy, westerns, nonfiction, and more. Access this resource through Power Library (either on the website or the app). You must use your POWER Library E-Card. If you do not have an E-Card, use this link to create one.
