The William Jeanes Memorial Library and Nicholas and Athena Karabots Center for Learning is pleased to offer you the opportunity to honor a loved one with a bookplate in one of the titles in our collection.
Click here for the form. You may print it and fill it out at home, or ask for one at either Check-Out Desk. We will accept cash or check payments; please make checks out to “William Jeanes Memorial Library.”
On the form, you may indicate a subject or age-level of interest. The Library reserves the right to choose the actual title to be purchased.
When you return the completed form and payment, the Library will purchase a book according to our Collection Development Policy, insert a memorial bookplate, and add it to our circulating collection. You may request that the person being honored be notified of the gift, or you may request to be the first to check out the title yourself.
This is a wonderful way to remember a loved one, celebrate a milestone, or simply acknowledge a friend’s love of reading!
If you wish to make a general donation in someone’s name, you may do so online here.
