The William Jeanes Memorial Library is governed by an active Board of seven volunteers: four positions are appointed by Whitemarsh Township and three are Board appointed.

The Library Board of Directors meets on the 4th Wednesday of the month unless noted.

Unless virtual, the meeting is at 7:00 pm in the Board Room (upstairs), and is open to the public.

A closed Executive Session may occur before or after the public meeting.

Members of the public who wish to speak during the Public Comment period at the end of the meeting will be required to state their full name and address for the Minutes. The Library Board Meeting Public Comment Policy is here.
