Fall Family Frolic Fundraiser Support

Dear Library Supporter,

The William Jeanes Memorial Library invites you to support our inaugural Fall Family Frolic, a community fundraiser that will bring families together for an afternoon of fun, creativity, and connection on October 25th.

Designed especially for children and their grown-ups, this festive event will transform the Library into a gathering place filled with games, crafts, activities, entertainment, and opportunities to make lasting family memories. Guests will have the chance to purchase raffle tickets, seasonal treats, and William Jeanes T-shirts, and will be invited to make a donation to personalize a piece of a forthcoming mural that will become a long-lasting part of the Children’s Library.

As an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the William Jeanes Memorial Library relies on the generosity of local businesses, organizations, and individuals to continue serving our community. Your sponsorship will bolster our children’s book budget and support the Library’s mission to provide outstanding programs, services, and enriching experiences that inspire learners of all ages throughout the year. Together, we can ensure that every child has opportunities to discover, imagine, create, and grow.

Additional Ways to Support

We welcome raffle baskets, in-kind donations, and gift cards to help make the event unforgettable. All donors will receive acknowledgement on the donated item/s and a formal letter following the event. Examples of donations include:

• Gift cards/certificates for popular family destinations, experiences, or stores
• Themed gift baskets such as art supplies, outdoor fun, reading, games/puzzles, movie basket, popular character, etc.
• Items from our Amazon wish list (select several related items that the library can bundle into a themed raffle basket)
• In-kind donations such as food, supplies, services, entertainment, decorations, etc. for the event
