CONTACTLESS CURBSIDE PICK-UP

Contactless Pick-Up

The Library is scheduling Curbside Pick-ups via phone ONLY. Please call 610-828-0441 and press 2 to be connected with Library staff, who will be happy to schedule your curbside pickup for at least 24 hours later, up to 6 days later.

  • There is one pick-up window from 10:00 am to a half hour before closing each day.
    • Mondays through Thursdays: 10:00 am to 7:30 pm
    • Fridays and Saturdays: 10:00 am to 4:30 pm (1:30 on Saturdays in the summer)
    • Sundays: 1:00 to 4:30 pm (during the school year)
  • Requests for Curbside pick-ups must be made at least one day in advance. You are welcome to schedule a curbside up to 6 days in advance. If you receive notification that an item is being held for you and you would like to pick it up the same day, you must come in to the Library during our open hours to check it out.
  • Please do not idle in the front circle or the accessible parking spaces without a placard or license plate.
  • If you miss your appointed day, please call the Library (610-828-0441 x 2) to reschedule. Your prompt pick-up is appreciated.

We are not able to provide pick-up services without a prior appointment.

Your items will already be checked out to you, and the due date slip will be inside the bag. Each bag will be labeled with the first letters of your last name, your first initial, and the last 4 digits of your library card number. Please confirm all of this information before retrieving your bag, as many people have the same letter combinations.

Large items that do not or should not go in the Book Drop may be returned inside during  our OPEN HOURS only. These items include the American Girl Dolls, the Launchpad and Playaway packs, the Leapfrog tablets, Oversize books, and any Adventure packs. All other books, cds, magazines, and dvds may go in the Book Drop anytime.

Please do not leave any book donations in the Book Drop or on the ground, benches, or tables outside the Library.

NO PUBLIC COMPUTERS This Weekend

Due to a software issue, the public computers will be out of service all weekend.

However, you will still have access to wi-fi, copying, scanning, and mobile printing.

This is WJM-specific, and does not affect our neighboring libraries, if you need to use a public computer.

Thank you for your patience!
