CONTACTLESS CURBSIDE PICK-UP

Contactless Pick-Up Now Available

The William Jeanes Memorial Library is offering Contactless Pick-Up Service for specific hours from Mondays through Saturdays each week.

The building will not be open to the public. As a result, we cannot offer copying, faxing, or computer services at this time.

If you receive a notice via email, text, or phone call that an item you requested has come in and is ready for you, please contact the Library to schedule a specific pick-up time or click HERE to schedule your pickup online.

Hours for Contactless Pick-Up service are now as follows:

• Mondays through Saturdays 10 am to 1 pm

plus

• Mondays through Thursdays from 1:00 to 3:30 pm or 3:30 to 6:30 pm

Please do not come early, or approach the staff if they are setting up.

If you miss your appointed time, please call the Library (610-828-0441 x 2) to reschedule. Minimal staff is in the building and we are not able to provide pick-up services without an appointment.

When you arrive at the circle by the upstairs entrance, please pull around counterclockwise. You will need to exit your vehicle to retrieve your bag. Your items will already be checked out to you, and the due date slip will be inside.

Note: We have limited staff and curbside supplies. If you are expecting several items, please try to limit your pick-up schedule to once per week. We appreciate your consideration.

You may continue to use the outside book drop to return items. All returned items will be quarantined for at least 72 hours prior to being checked in by our staff.

Large items that do not or should not go in the Book Drop may be returned in a special bin that will be outside during the above special hours only. These items include the American Girl Dolls, the Launchpad and Playaway packs, the Leapfrog tablets, Oversize books, and any Adventure packs. All other books, cds, magazines, and dvds may go in the Book Drop anytime.

No fines will be accrued during this service period. We appreciate your prompt return of Library materials!

Please do not leave any book donations in the Book Drop, the special bin, or on the ground or tables outside the Library. We are not accepting donations until after the next Book Sale.
