In this presentation with sample artwork, learn the stories of Thomas Hovenden and Helen Corson, whose love for each other, their family and the arts was reflected in their work and life. These two influential Philadelphia artists were deeply affected by the inequalities of humanity and the ever-changing world around them after the Civil War.
