In this workshop, you will learn the essentials of creating an ergonomic and comfortable workspace that promotes good posture and helps prevent common musculoskeletal issues associated with prolonged sitting.
You will learn practical tips and adjustments you can make to your desk, chair, and computer setup to support your spine, shoulders, and overall posture. You will also take home a list of ergonomic tools that you can buy to make the setup comfortable for your body. We will also be moving and stretching throughout this workshop.
Whether you’re working from home or in an office, or just use electronic devices for recreational purposes this workshop is for you. It will equip you with the knowledge and tools to enhance your workspace for your physical well-being.
