Aesha Tahir will lead a wellness workshop, looking at posture and balance. Balance problems become very common as we age. Balance can lead to falls and musculoskeletal issues. According to the NIH, one in three people over 65 experience a fall each year. But it does not have to be that way. With some simple strategies you can regain your strength and balance and lower your risk of falling.
