Once a month, this group reads a book from Lauren Tarshis’s “I Survived…” series, short historical fiction books that cover major natural and man-made disasters and events throughout history.
At the meeting, we discuss the book and do an activity related to the topic.
This month we’ll be reading I Survived: the Attack of the Grizzlies, 1967. We will meet to discuss the book and then do a hands-on activity to learn more about bears.
This monthly book club is for children in grades 4-6.
Registration is required.
Registration for this program is now closed.
This program is sponsored by the Friends of William Jeanes Memorial Library.
