Local Author Event: Milo Loves the Park

Thursday, December 7, 2023 @ 11:15 am - 11:45 am EST

Join us for this Author Event aimed at children between the ages of 3 and 5 with their caregiver. Siblings welcome!

Local author, Nancy G. Braitman, will read her book, Milo Loves the Park and share a fun Milo craft. Milo is a 27-pound mini bernedoodle. He loves people, and enjoys playing with dogs, chasing them, and doing acrobatic jumps over them! He is especially fascinated with squirrels, birds, and insects.

The author’s book will be available for purchase and author signing at the end of the program, and MAYBE Milo himself will make a special appearance!

Community Room: Water in closed containers and dry snacks (cereal, crackers, etc.) are welcome, but please leave other drinks and food (yogurt, fruit/veggie pouches, juice, etc.) at home. Coffee must be in 100% spill-proof travel mugs. Our new carpet thanks you!

We want to ensure that there is enough space for all interested families to attend, so please do not register for both Wednesday AND Thursday’s Author Event. Both sessions have identical content this week. Thanks for your cooperation!

Registration required.

Nancy Braitman is married and has two adult children and lives in Lafayette Hill. Nancy is a retired School District of Philadelphia special education teacher and also worked part-time at the Ludington Library in Bryn Mawr.
