Critters! Love them or not, they are fascinating! In this exciting, hands-on program, we’ll learn about the eating habits, defense mechanisms, habitats, and proper handling of many different animals, like snakes, frogs and toads, tarantulas, skinks, geckos, turtles, scorpions, bearded dragons, tortoises, hissing cockroaches, rabbits, and guinea pigs. An experienced animal presenter will give us a close-up look at a number of critters like these, and we will even have the opportunity to touch and hold some of them! Critter Connections specializes in helping children and adults understand and appreciate reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, insects, and small mammals, and present programs that are not only educational, but fun and entertaining, too! Don’t miss it! Sponsored by the Friends of the William Jeanes Memorial Library. Space is limited, so you MUST register.
