We all know bread is delicious!

But did you know it is also a science experiment?

In this program, children who have completed grades 1, 2 or 3 will discover the answers to questions such as:

What makes bread dough rise? What is yeast? What is gluten and why is it in bread?

At the end of the class, they will taste a pre-made loaf and take home their own loaf to pop in the oven!
