Gentle Yoga at the Library

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga is a softer, deeper yoga practice focusing on the alignment and mindful sequencing of yoga poses (asanas). This class is for experienced yogis, beginners, and those interested in a gentle, mindful practice.

Participants should be able to sit on the floor and stand. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat to class.

*Always check with your doctor before beginning an exercise program.*

Registration required. To register, send an email to Kimberly Brock (kimbrock33 AT yahoo DOT com) to register by the Friday before the start of the session.  By registering, students are committing to attend the session of classes and paying (by cash or check) in full at the first class. New members welcome!
