Children's Classes and Programs

Babes and Books

Babes and Books will be taught by Miss Beth and is for children from birth to about 1 year. There will be stories, songs and rhymes. Plan about 45 minutes for storytime and bring your library card to take books home with you, too. Registration is required but there is no cost.

Mother Goose Storytime

Mother Goose will be taught by Miss Beth and is for children from 1 to about 2 ½ years old. There will be stories, songs and rhymes. Plan about 45 minutes for storytime and bring your library card to take books home with you, too. Registration is required but there is no cost.

Tales for Tots ages 2 ½ to 3 ½

Tales for Tots is for children 2 ½ -3 ½ years old and will be led by Miss Linda and her puppet Lucy. There will be stories, songs, rhymes and crafts. Plan about 45 minutes for storytime and bring your library card to take books home with you, too. Registration is required but there is no cost.

Family Reading Romp ages 2 to 5

Family Reading Romp is for kids from 2-5 years old. Mrs. Linda Doll will teach except that once a month we will have a guest reader from a local preschool/daycare center. There will be stories, songs, and rhymes at all the classes. There will be crafts except not the weeks where we have guest readers. Plan about 45 minutes for storytime and bring your library card to take books home with you, too. Registration is required but there is no cost.
