Tai Chi, although a martial art, is practiced primarily for its health benefits, and for good reasons. Scientific studies show that it helps chronic conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, and diabetes, and that it may improve balance, prevent falls, and reduce stress.
We will continue our practice of Tai Chi for Arthritis but we will be learning the BEGINNING FORMS OF Yang 24. If you are new to Tai Chi, this is an excellent time to join our group.
This class is suitable for beginners.
*Always check with your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.*
To register as a new participant please call or email Linda DeMedio, Certified Tai Chi for Health Instructor at 215-694-1863 or firstname.lastname@example.org
