Gentle Vinyasa Yoga is a softer, deeper yoga practice focusing on the alignment and mindful sequencing of yoga poses (asanas). This class is for experienced yogis, beginners, and those interested in a gentle, mindful practice.

Participants should be able to sit on the floor and stand. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat to class.
